Here at Fat Burner Guide, we are always discussing diets and i for one am not really a fan of following diets. i personally believe in following a healthy eating regime coupled with rigorous exercise on a regular basis – easier said than done though. My colleagues have claimed that certain diets have helped them on their road to burning the fat they need to meet their weight loss goals.
One must consider what happens after we stop following those diets, you will either have to carry on eating the healthy way you have, which means staying on that diet or realize you have been educated enough to make those right choices. Choices are what makes us victorious against the battle of the bulge, so if you make the wrong choices, chances are you will lose the battle.
So what we have decided here is to look at the top diet programs that people are following for 2012 and give you the reader a chance to talk about these diets and put forward your arguments for or against it. At the end of these studies, we will come out with one clear winner. So here is the diets we will look at each month.
